Fingerprinting itself is rarely the hard part. Lining up a full cohort, several shifts and more than one requesting agency is.

We take on that coordination: who needs to be printed, which submission method applies, and where and when capture happens. Your HR, compliance or program staff stop managing it person by person.

Easier coordination

One point of contact for rosters, scheduling and follow-up questions, instead of individual appointments scattered across your team.

On-site convenience

We bring fingerprinting to your office, campus or training facility, keeping people on schedule and off the road.

Group scheduling

Sessions are planned around orientation dates, shift patterns and program deadlines, not the other way around.

Multi-state support

For organizations with people in more than one state, we help match the right capture method to each state’s requirements.

Fingerprinting That Scales With Your Organization

From a single onboarding class to a year-round hiring program, a planned group session replaces dozens of individual appointments with one managed process.

How group programs are typically set up

  • One-time group sessionA single scheduled event for a defined group of people.
  • Recurring onboardingRegular sessions aligned with your hiring cycle.
  • Campus or cohort eventTimed around admissions, orientation or placements.
  • Multi-location programCoordinated capture across offices, sites or states.
Talk through your program
  • Employee onboarding

Print new hires as a group during orientation, so background checks start the same week instead of whenever each person finds an appointment.

  • Student cohorts

Fingerprint an entire class ahead of clinical placements, practicums or licensure applications in one session, not a semester of reminders.

  • Corporate teams

Handle periodic re-screening, contract requirements or client-mandated checks for existing staff without pulling people away from operations.

  • Licensing requirements

Support employees whose roles call for fingerprint-based checks for a state license or registration, including renewals.

  • Recurring organizational needs

Set up a standing arrangement for ongoing hiring so every new group follows the same, predictable process.

Dedicated programs for the sectors that fingerprint most

Nursing programs and security companies face frequent, deadline-driven fingerprinting requirements. Each has its own solution.

One coordinated program, across state lines.

When your people are spread across states, requirements multiply: different agencies, different submission methods, different forms. We give you one partner to coordinate all of it.

  • Centralized coordination, with one contact and one process for every location
  • FD-258 ink cards and Live Scan managed within the same program
  • Multi-state Live Scan submission support for corporate onboarding
  • Consolidated scheduling for distributed teams and new-hire classes

What is group fingerprinting?

Group fingerprinting is a scheduled session where multiple people (new hires, students or existing staff) are fingerprinted together instead of each person booking an individual appointment. It is usually arranged by the organization that needs the prints, which makes timing and follow-up far easier to manage.

Can you fingerprint an entire organization on-site?

Yes. We can plan a single on-site session for a whole team or cohort at your office, campus or training facility, or a series of sessions across shifts, departments or locations. Space, equipment and attendee requirements are confirmed beforehand, and availability outside the Kansas City metro is confirmed per project.

Can you coordinate fingerprinting for organizations with employees in multiple locations?

Yes. For multi-location and multi-state programs we coordinate scheduling and help identify whether each state or requesting agency calls for Live Scan or FD-258 ink cards. Learn more about our multi-state fingerprinting programs.

Do you work with FBI-approved channelers or DOJ-certified Live Scan providers?

Requirements differ. Some checks are submitted through an FBI-approved channeler, sometimes called an authorized FBI channeling agency, and some state programs only accept prints from a DOJ-certified Live Scan provider or another designated vendor. Where direct electronic submission to the FBI is appropriate, we work through an authorized channeling partner. For state programs with designated providers, we confirm before scheduling whether our service can meet the requirement.
